• Opportunity: The tiles in this collection provide information on a population's financial risk and the clinical conditions and disease states driving that risk. The embedded filters allow drill-down capabilities to see subsets of the population to help identify outliers or trends in the data. The collection shows the potential savings associated with closing specific care gaps through health management programs.
